Hello all my bloggy friends!!!

So the minute I saw Lauren's Layout for my Birthday Blog Hop I knew I wanted to make a pennant! This is my first official Gypsy Card! I am so excited and I have to confess I was never "into" the Gypsy. Now that I have it in my hand I could not imagine living without it! It is so easy to plan cards out and you save so much paper because the sizes are always perfect!

So for this card I made a scallop circle and glued down the circle card on top. You can get a better idea of what I am talking about in the second photo. I just love the way this turned out and I hope you guys like it!

Day #4 Birthday Bash Week!

Hey everyone!!!

I have been having so much fun reading everyones comments these past couple of days!!! Thank you to everyone that has participated in the giveaways so far! Today I have a project and Day #4 Giveaway!

Last Night I got a Surprise in the mail! It was from Sarah, Julie and Trish! They got me the 3 Birds on Parade Cartridge! I almost passed out! I could not wait to get using it! As I was flipping through the booklet I saw a Bird Singing. Me and my Godmother have a friend that is leaving on tour for her new CD for about 2 weeks and thought I would make her a "Best Wishes" Card.

This card was totally inspired by Sarah! She is always doing Fences and Scenes! :o) I hope you guys like it!

Fave Friday and some Birthday Cards!

This week for Fave Friday I am posting 2 of my favorite gals! I picked two this week because they are good friends just like me and Sarah! The crafting world brings people together and it's amazing what a huge bond you can create with someone who is so far away! OK, OK, enough of the mushy stuff!!! :o)

So on to the fabulous girls!!! This week I picked Cristi and Dorcas!!! They are both amazing ladies, if you have not heard of them pass by their blog you will surely not be disappointed. Throwback Thursday Challenge!

Hello crafty friends!!!

I have been wanting to play along with Emma on her Throwback Thursday challenge and this week I finally had some extra crafting time to play along! Her challenge was with the Celebrations cartridge. I do not have that one but she said as long as it was a birthday theme it was ok! So here is my card. Simple but cute (just like me) as I was photographing this card it came to mind that it looked familiar and I thought "OH NO! I copied someone" but then I looked around and it so happens to be exactly the same as another card I made! LOL I thought I would share that little story!!
