$1 Michaels Recipe Boxes turned into Gifts...

Hello Everyone,

So during my Birthday Bash Week I asked everyone to tell me what they wanted to see more of and about 95% said Christmas Gift Ideas. So here is the first of many projects!!!

So this box started off as a simple recipe box straight out of the $1 bin at Michaels. I made one for myself as a photo box and the one I made on video will hold a set of monogrammed note cards and I will give it as a gift to a friend of mine.

There are so many things you can do with this. You can put some different occasion cards, family recipes, mini album, and even use it as just a gift box. It is so inexpensive since the box is only a $1 and most of us already have paper, adhesive, and ribbon in our craft stash. Hope you enjoy the video on how to cover it up and stay tuned tomorrow for another Scrappy Moms Stamps Sneak Peek!

Great idea Momo! I always pick those up, look at them and think what can I do too. I love the idea of putting cards in them.. or have a friend that does a lot of scrapbook gatherings and this would be a cute way for her to store a few photo's instead of a big photo box to travel with.
TFS!
